3. Non‑Refundable Services

The following services are non‑refundable once work has begun:

Architectural drawings, plans, and 3D visualisations
Engineering calculations and reports
Planning application preparation and submissions
Consulting sessions or site visits
Any bespoke design or technical documentation
Any service where deliverables have already been provided

These services involve time, expertise, and intellectual property that cannot be returned.

4. Deposits

Deposits paid to secure a project, booking, or consultation are non‑refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations

Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

Apollonia Sussex Ltd operates with starting‑from prices that include a one‑hour client meeting, a site visit, and initial professional guidance depending on the nature of the project. These start prices are deducted from the final cost of the works if the client proceeds with the project. Because each appointment requires preparation and blocks a time slot that could be offered to another client, bookings are confirmed only after payment. If a client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the fee is non‑refundable. If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance, a 10% fee is retained to cover administrative time and the lost booking opportunity. No‑show appointments are also non‑refundable.
